1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for ticket purchases made through Evntro. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Evntro acts as the platform that facilitates ticket sales between attendees and event organizers. Because organizers control their events, not every purchase is automatically refundable.
2. Organizer Cancellations
If an organizer cancels an event entirely, attendees are generally eligible for a refund of the ticket face value paid for that event.
- Evntro may process refunds automatically once cancellation is confirmed.
- Organizers must provide prompt notice of the cancellation and any supporting details we request.
- If the organizer has already received payout funds, Evntro may recover those funds before completing refunds.
3. Event Reschedules and Major Changes
If an event is rescheduled, moved to another venue, or materially changed, refund eligibility depends on the organizer's stated policy and the nature of the change.
- Minor schedule updates or lineup changes may not qualify for a refund.
- Major date changes, venue changes, or substantial event scope changes may qualify affected attendees for a refund window.
- Where a credit or ticket transfer is offered instead of a cash refund, that option will be shown in the attendee communication where applicable.
4. Attendee Refund Requests
4.1 Organizer Policy Applies
For attendee-initiated cancellations, the organizer's refund policy shown at checkout or on the event page usually controls whether a refund is available.
4.2 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are usually not available in the following cases unless required by law or approved by the organizer:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to attend the event
- Requests made after the organizer's refund deadline
- Violation of event rules leading to denied entry
4.3 How to Request a Refund
Attendees should contact the organizer first where possible. If support from Evntro is needed, send the order reference, event name, purchase email, and reason for the request to admin@myzentroapp.com.
5. Service Fees and Processing Fees
Unless otherwise stated by law or by a specific event policy:
- Ticket face value may be refundable where the purchase qualifies.
- Platform service fees and third-party payment processing fees may be non-refundable.
- If Evntro elects to refund fees as a goodwill measure, that will be stated in the refund confirmation.
6. Refund Timing
Approved refunds are typically sent back to the original payment method.
- Initial review may take 2 to 5 business days after we receive the required information.
- Once approved, bank or card providers may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to reflect the funds.
- Delays outside Evntro's control can occur due to banking, processor, or card network timelines.
7. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was unauthorized or incorrect, contact us before filing a chargeback where possible. This helps us investigate faster and may avoid delays.
Evntro may suspend accounts, hold payouts, or request supporting records where a transaction is disputed, reversed, or suspected to be fraudulent.
8. Organizer Responsibilities
Organizers using Evntro agree to maintain a clear refund position for their events and to cooperate with legitimate refund requests.
- Refund terms should be stated clearly on the event listing or checkout flow.
- Organizers must honor cancellation commitments they publish.
- Evntro may intervene, delay payouts, or remove events where organizers fail to meet refund obligations.
