1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Evntro's website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Our Services

Evntro provides an online platform that connects event organizers with attendees in Nigeria. Our Services include:

• Event discovery and browsing
• Ticket purchasing and management
• Event creation and management tools
• Payment processing through Paystack
• QR code ticket generation
• Analytics and reporting for organizers

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Event Organizers

4.1 Organizer Responsibilities

As an event organizer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete event information
• Honor all tickets sold through the platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Obtain necessary permits and licenses
• Deliver the event as described
• Handle attendee inquiries and issues professionally

4.2 Event Content

You are solely responsible for the content of your event listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing. You must not post:

• False, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Events that violate any laws or regulations
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

4.3 Payouts

Event revenue will be transferred to your designated bank account within 5-7 business days after the event date, subject to our verification and security processes.

5. Event Attendees

5.1 Ticket Purchases

When purchasing tickets, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment and personal information
• Pay all applicable fees and charges
• Comply with event-specific terms and conditions
• Respect the event organizer's policies

5.2 Ticket Use

Tickets are for personal use only and may not be resold for profit without the organizer's permission. Evntro reserves the right to cancel tickets suspected of fraudulent activity.

6. Payments & Fees

6.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Paystack. By making a purchase, you agree to Paystack's terms of service.

6.2 Service Fees

Evntro charges the following fees:

• Attendees: 5% service fee + payment processing fees
• Organizers: 2% platform fee on ticket sales

All fees are clearly displayed before purchase and are non-refundable except as required by law.

6.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Nigerian Naira (?).

7. Cancellations & Refunds

7.1 Event Cancellations

If an event is cancelled by the organizer:

• Attendees receive automatic full refunds within 5-10 business days
• Organizers must notify Evntro and attendees immediately
• Refunds include the ticket price but not service fees

7.2 Attendee-Initiated Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined by the event organizer's refund policy. Evntro facilitates but does not guarantee refunds for attendee cancellations.

7.3 Disputes

For refund disputes, contact us at admin@myzentroapp.com within 48 hours of the event.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Scrape or harvest user data
• Interfere with the platform's operation
• Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Post discriminatory, hateful, or violent content

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Evntro's IP

The Evntro name, logo, and all platform features are owned by Evntro Nigeria Ltd. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

9.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you post but grant Evntro a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and promote your content in connection with our Services.

10. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: Evntro is a platform connecting organizers and attendees. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of events
• The accuracy of event information
• The conduct of organizers or attendees
• Injuries, damages, or losses at events
• Disputes between users

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVNTRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Closing your account does not affect existing ticket purchases or event obligations.

11.2 By Evntro

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay fees owed
• Harm other users or the platform

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
